Label printing guides
Start with your stock and finish with a correctly sized PDF. These guides follow the controls already available in PixoLabel.
- Print labels from a PDF template
Import a blank PDF label template into PixoLabel, check its measurements and prepare your label sheet for printing.
- Print different designs on one label sheet
Set a separate quantity for each design in PixoLabel and preview how the labels fill one sheet or continue onto additional sheets.
- Print on a partly used label sheet
Mark unavailable label positions on your first sheet in PixoLabel so your next print job uses the labels that remain.
- Fix label printer alignment
Use PixoLabel’s free calibration PDF and saved printer profiles to correct a consistent horizontal or vertical label printing offset.
- Print labels at actual size
Print a PixoLabel PDF at 100%, check paper size and turn off Fit to page to preserve the dimensions of your label sheet.
