Print different designs on one label sheet

Prepare one print job with several designs. Each design has its own quantity, and the sheet preview shows where those labels will go.

Illustrative 15-position sheet: nine labels of design A followed by six labels of design BAAAAAAAAABBBBBB
Choose the quantities. Check the whole sheet.

This illustrative sheet has 15 positions. Nine labels of design A and six of design B fill it exactly. PixoLabel previews the allocation before you download.

Set a quantity for each design

  1. Set up the label sheet in Labels.
  2. In Designs, add each artwork file or create each design in the editor.
  3. Enter its required quantity under No. of Labels. Keep the designs in your preferred allocation order.
  4. Open Print and review every page of the sheet preview.

When the quantities need another sheet

PixoLabel fills available positions and continues onto additional sheets. For example, 18 labels on a 15-position sheet need two sheets: 15 positions on the first and three on the second. A PDF containing several sheets counts as one PDF job.

If labels are missing from your first sheet, mark those positions as used before exporting. Later sheets use fresh stock.

Check before downloading

Check the quantities, page count and placement. Each PDF job supports up to 2,400 labels. Print the downloaded PDF at Actual size / 100% to preserve the label dimensions.
