These terms describe how you may use PixoLabel.

Who operates PixoLabel

PixoLabel is operated by Saasybrands Ltd, registered in England and Wales, company number 17364531. Contact hello@saasybrands.co.uk.

Using the tool

PixoLabel helps you prepare label sheets using local templates, artwork and project files. You may edit, preview and save projects for free. A verified email account receives three trial PDF jobs. Each job may contain multiple sheets, with up to 2,400 labels per job.

Subscriptions

Monthly and yearly subscriptions provide unlimited PDF jobs while paid access is active, subject to the per-job limit. Monthly guide prices are £4.99 / €5.99 / US$6.99; yearly guide prices are £50 / €60 / US$70, charged once per year. Checkout confirms the billing currency, applicable tax and total before payment.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the selected billing frequency. Use Manage subscription to cancel future renewals. An ordinary cancellation at period end keeps access until that date. A failed payment, pause, expired subscription, approved full-period refund or dispute may suspend paid export access. Editing and saving local projects remain available.

Paddle is the merchant of record for purchases. Its buyer terms govern the payment transaction alongside applicable consumer rights. See the refund information for requests.

Your files and rights

You retain your rights to your artwork. Use files, fonts and other material only where you have permission. Do not use the service unlawfully, interfere with other accounts, or circumvent account and usage controls. Supplier template catalogues are not offered without the necessary permission.

Printing and backups

Review measurements and artwork before printing. Use Actual size / 100%, test new stock on plain paper and calibrate the printer. Alignment and colour depend on your printer, driver, paper and settings. Keep downloaded project backups; browser storage is not a durable backup service.

Service changes and problems

We may improve the tool and address security or compatibility issues. Where a change materially affects an active paid subscription, we will provide information appropriate to that change. Contact support if the service is faulty, unavailable or does not match its description. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
