Privacy notice
Your label templates, artwork, editor contents, project files and generated PDFs are processed on your device. PixoLabel does not provide cloud storage or server rendering for those files.

Account and billing information
When you sign in, we process your email address, verified account identifier and sign-in/session information. To provide trial exports and subscriptions, we process export request identifiers, allowance balances, payment references, subscription status and billing-period dates. Export requests do not contain your document, artwork or filename.
We use this information to provide the service and manage the subscription you request. We use necessary security and diagnostic information for our legitimate interests in keeping the service reliable and preventing misuse. Billing records may also be needed to meet legal obligations.
Services involved
Cloudflare hosts the website and account API and may process request information such as IP addresses. Supabase provides account authentication and the account/billing database. Resend delivers sign-in emails. Paddle is the merchant of record for subscriptions and processes checkout, receipts, tax and payment details under its own privacy notice. We do not store complete card numbers or security codes.
Our account database is hosted in London, United Kingdom. Cloudflare, Supabase, Resend and their service providers may also process account, request or email information in other countries, including the United States. Their published data-processing arrangements describe the safeguards they provide for international transfers, including standard contractual clauses and UK transfer provisions where applicable: Cloudflare, Supabase and Resend. Optional special offers
If you choose to receive PixoLabel special offers, we use your verified email address for that purpose with your consent. We store your choice, the wording shown and when you last changed it with your Supabase account. This is optional and does not affect your free downloads, editing or subscription access. You can withdraw your consent at any time by switching off the offers checkbox in your account, or by contacting hello@saasybrands.co.uk. We stop using your email for special offers when you withdraw and retain your current preference to respect that choice.
Browser storage
The tool uses browser storage for project autosave, saved layouts, printer profiles and necessary account sessions. These are functional features rather than advertising trackers. Clearing browser storage can remove drafts and saved settings; keep downloaded project backups. No advertising or analytics tracker is included in this build.
How long information is kept
We retain account and allowance records while your account is open and while they are needed to administer your one-time trial allowance, subscriptions or export authorisations. We assess deletion requests and account closures individually. We may retain the minimum records needed to meet accounting or legal obligations, handle an unresolved payment or dispute, or prevent repeated misuse of the trial. We delete or anonymise information when those purposes no longer require it. Provider records and backups follow the relevant provider’s retention arrangements. Contact hello@saasybrands.co.uk to request account closure or information about a particular record. This does not automatically cancel a Paddle subscription; cancel future renewals separately.
Your choices and rights
Contact hello@saasybrands.co.uk to request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your personal information, where applicable. You can also object to processing based on legitimate interests. We may need to verify that the request relates to your account. Deleting an account does not itself cancel a paid subscription; arrange cancellation through Paddle as well.
You may complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office or your local data protection authority.
Updates
We will update this notice when the service or its data handling changes. The effective date appears above.
