How to design and print a label sheet

PixoLabel follows three steps: Labels, Designs and Print. Start in the workbench and keep your original files on your device.

1. Set up your labels

Choose Import PDF template or Enter dimensions manually. Check paper size, label shape, width, height, margins, gaps and the number of labels across and down. The sheet preview lets you compare the layout with your stock.

Guide: import a PDF template

2. Add designs and quantities

Upload finished artwork or choose create a design from scratch. Use the editor when you need text, shapes, images or a QR code. Set how many copies of each design you need in Your designs.

Guide: several designs on one sheet

3. Review, download and print

Check all preview pages. Mark used positions on the first sheet if needed, and apply a printer calibration profile when you have one. Download a print-ready PDF and print it at Actual size / 100%.

Verify your email for three free PDF jobs. After those jobs, an active subscription is needed for further exports. Editing, previews and saving projects remain free. View pricing.

Guide: preserve the size when printing

Save a project before you leave

Choose Save file to download your editable .pixolabel project. Use Open to reload it. Browser backups are convenient recovery copies and can be cleared by browser settings; a downloaded project is your durable backup.
