Help with your labels

Set up a sheet, add your artwork, then download a print-ready PDF. You can work in the tool before creating an account.

Start with your label sheet

1. In Labels, upload a blank PDF template or enter the paper size, shape, measurements, margins and gaps.
2. In Designs, upload your artwork or create a design. Set the quantity you need.
3. In Print, review the sheet and download the PDF. Print at Actual size / 100%, with Fit to page disabled.

Test new stock on plain paper first. A template PDF is a guide and is never printed.

Free use and subscriptions

Editing, previews and saving project files are free. Verify your email for three free PDF jobs without a payment card. A PDF containing several sheets counts as one job. After those jobs, use Plans & pricing to choose monthly or yearly billing. Both plans allow unlimited PDF jobs while active, up to 2,400 labels per job.

You can dismiss the upgrade popup and keep editing or saving your project. Free printer calibration does not use an export allowance.

Printer alignment and used labels

Open Print → Printer alignment & calibration to print and measure the calibration page. Save a profile for the printer, tray and paper combination. Use the partly used sheet controls to mark positions that should stay blank.

Save your work

Use Save file to download a portable .pixolabel project, then Open to reload it. Browser autosave can be cleared by storage settings; download a project file for a durable backup.

Payments and cancellation

Open Account → Manage subscription for subscription management. Update payment details opens a secure Paddle checkout separately. Return to the tool and refresh your account after payment. Do not pay again while a payment is being confirmed.

Contact support

Email hello@saasybrands.co.uk with your browser/device, what you expected and the steps that caused the problem. For a payment query, include the account email and Paddle transaction reference.

Do not send card details, passwords or verification codes. Your original artwork is not uploaded automatically; send a sample only if you choose to share it.
